      Seconded!

It really doesn't help that M9 was like, my favorite event of the year. If it had really stunk, raining, I couldn't put together a good time, etc, etc (looking at you, M8 ), It would be like "at least it's over for now"

But nooooo, I'm all 'WHEN CAN WE DO THE FUN CAR DRIVING THING AGAIN?!'

As far as the Saturday/Sunday discussion, I could do either morning. Though, I would likely miss the first race on Dec 1/2 due to that being the last weekend of the play that I'm in. I should be free for Sat or Sun mornings after that.

Worth verifying but Im fairly confident Sat would be a no-go for ProKart. I believe I asked in prior years and it was a non-starter.

We race before they open and they open a bit earlier on Saturdays, I believe they may have other things before they open Saturday, theyre busy during the day so wed take up too much valuable track time, etc etc.

Hi all - please put me down for the weekend event. Won't be able to make it to all events, but from what I've read, that doesn't matter.

                  Edit: Sunday only.

We are confirmed with ProKart in Burnsville. They had two conflicts.

                      1. We will shift Tuesday the 8th two days later to run on Thursday the 10th. There is a small chance that we will still have a conflict with that, ProKart will let me know.
                      2. We will shift Sunday January 13th one week later to January 20th.

So here are the confirmed schedules:

Tuesday Evenings (check in 6:30pm, race at 7pm):
                      Nov 27; Dec 11, 18; Jan 10*, 22; Feb 5, 19; Mar 5, 19; Apr 2

Sunday Mornings (check in 10:30am, race at 11am):
                      Dec 2, 16, 30; Jan 20, 27; Feb 10, 24; Mar 10, 24; Apr 7

Cool! 10 events sounds like a good number to me.

Did you get confirmation on pricing as well? $350 for the league with a possible discount for full pre-payment is what I've heard tossed around. Gotta start planning my pitch to the boss.

I do not have confirmed pricing, but I expect it to be close to this.

Got the pricing from ProKart. Will again be $35 per event if pay as you go. $300 (a $50 discount!) to prepay for the 10 week season. And to run in a league you need a $25 annual membership.

                              More things to consider:

                              1. What race format do we want?

Two race format: 25 lap qualifier, 25 lap main
Three race format: two 15 lap qualifiers, 20 lap main

                              2. How many drops should we have for our 10-week season?

                              3. Do we want to include an enduro as part of our league?

Three races provide better chance to recover from various circumstances like a bad kart, a spin, line of traffic, etc.

We usually end up doing an enduro anyway so might as well plan for it.
